Fanboys ~

why is it always fangirls and not boys
rather skate kicks than screams and giggles
suntanned at night and by day at the skate park
why not fanboys instead of fanny girls
why not girls bleeding knees and sunbathing
in admiration from giggling boys

subculture fantasies sought in alcoholic insanities
and it ends up with me screaming profanities
wanting to be so much more rad - with skate
and with rhythm, kicks and scats and skits
but fanny girls remain fanny girls
and those boys will never giggle

ultimately i end up sad from convention
preaching my mayhem and lost potential
while simply refusing to scream and giggle
for money, for boys - they'll knock at my door
saying "skip, we're back, and we want you"
and the world will overflow
